Jade is a qualified professional member of the International Compliance Association (MICA). As Head of our Risk and Assurance Department, Jade is responsible for driving our risk management strategies and corporate assurance framework across the Firm’s activities, including promoting a culture of compliance and risk awareness. Jade’s experience in risk and corporate assurance comes from an extensive background in international corporate firms, including Osborne Clarke and Livingcity Property Group. Jade’s areas of expertise include, Data Protection (GDPR), risk management, contract management, and regulatory compliance across England & Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
