Nicola has over 10 years’ experience in change and business improvement, having previously worked in high risk industries such as Healthcare and the NHS Litigation Authority. Following her appointment at Horwich Farrelly in 2015, Nicola established the Project Management Office to deliver change and improvement projects across the firm applying a future-proofed and holistic approach. Having experience in developing and auditing quality and risk management standards, including ISO 9001, and evaluating data in an insightful manner to enable effective decision making, Nicola employs a structured yet adaptable approach to change and improvement, ensuring improvements are scalable to evolving client and business needs. Nicola’s areas of expertise include process efficiencies utilising Lean Six Sigma methodologies, stakeholder management and software development projects.
