Up until joining Horwich Farrelly in 2016, Paul had spent 33 years working for insurance companies in a variety of motor insurance roles encompassing motor trade, commercial motor, fleet and private motor sectors. Latterly he has held several senior positions with Aviva culminating in the position of Head of Motor Claims. His extensive knowledge and experience of how claims are practically handled across the market is helping Horwich Farrelly shape its own offerings so as to better meet client needs, particularly in the volume claims space.
