Stephen was admitted as a Solicitor in 1991. For the last 16 years he has specialised in acting for insurers in high value and complex catastrophic injury claims, involving spinal and head injuries, amputation and other major orthopaedic claims as well as fatal accidents. The cases involve, at times, complex liability, care and OT, accommodation, Court of Protection, Local Authority and employment (amongst other areas) arguments. He has been involved in a number of cases which have settled by way of periodical payments.
