Horwich Farrelly are celebrating after its claims product, HOLT, won yet another prestigious industry award this week!

HOLT (Horwich Farrelly’s Online Litigation Triage) is our sector-defining counter-fraud solution that allows insurers to quickly and automatically assess whether claims should be challenged.


In the short time since its inception, HOLT has triaged thousands of claims and helped insurers save millions of pounds.

On Wednesday, 3 November, HOLT won it’s fourth industry award of the year, taking home the Fraud Technology Solution of the Year category at the awards at the Insurance Times Tech & innovation Awards.

If this wasn’t enough, HOLT was also shortlisted in two further categories on the night; Best Use of AI and Technology Innovation of the Year (Claims).

Speaking on their selection, the judges on the night stated that HOLT was, “An impressive solution that clearly addressed a problem for claims handlers, and subsequently insurers, by taking out the human element and also being programmable. It made a substantial saving and the relationship with insurers has improved as claims are triaged more quickly. The benefits have been significant.”
