With almost 100 apprentices, our programme plays a vital role in attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse and talented workforce. Our apprenticeship scheme combines practical skills with structured theory, enabling apprentices to work on real client matters while learning the academic foundations of their role. With ongoing support and clear progression pathways, our apprentices benefit from a strong, supportive environment that helps them grow in confidence and capability as they build their careers.

Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeships

The Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship is a two-year course, preparing you for life as a Paralegal supporting our industry leading legal departments. This opportunity combines a hands-on approach with the academic knowledge required to be a successful Paralegal. One day each week is dedicated to off-the-job study with the four remaining days in the office or remote working. Attention to detail, communication skills and managing pressure in a busy environment are key attributes that are part of this role and others in the legal industry.
