We are delighted to announce the appointment of Oliver Bate to the role of People Director.

He takes a commercial approach to HR practice focusing on strategy development and long term business objectives as well as understanding how people best succeed in their role in order to add value to themselves, the organisation and its clients.
Commenting on Oliver’s appointment, Tom Reynard, Chief Operating Officer at Horwich Farrelly said: “We are delighted to welcome Oliver into his new role as People Director at this exciting time.
