Francine joined HFNI in 2023 as a Senior Associate and was promoted to Associate Partner in January 2025. With over 17 years litigation experience in Northern Ireland (and dual qualification in England and Wales), she primarily handles defence claims at all levels, from County Court Claims to High Court litigation, with a track record of achieving significant savings for our client insurers.

Her main areas of specialty include Road Traffic accident and industrial disease claims. She adopts a proactive and robust approach when dealing with these matters, ensuring excellent results are achieved for all clients.

She regularly provides her clients with training as well as strategic advice, to ensure clients are kept informed in relation to matters specific to Northern Ireland.
