Jarrod is a leading aviation lawyer and insurance specialist, working to resolve claims and litigation on behalf of his clients in the UK and around the world. He brings his skills and expertise to advising his clients including all major aviation insurers and a significant number of airports, aviation suppliers and service providers as well as private pilots, flying clubs, MROs, PRM support providers, ground handlers and aircraft owners and operators. With over 35 years’ experience in aviation related work and having started his career in aviation at Heathrow Airport, Jarrod has particular a specialism representing airports.  He provides the full and varied range of support required by his clients including contractual disputes, injury and damage claims, fatal accidents and Inquests and matters related to EU1106/2007 and the Montreal Convention. Jarrod also deals with Employer Liability and Public Liability claims in England and Wales and he and his team handle employer liability and public liability litigation and regulatory matters for a number of insurer clients and their policyholders.
