Edward is the Head of Department for Construction and Procurement and has over 30 years’ experience in dealing with construction disputes. He is a Solicitor, Procurement and Supply Professional, Adjudicator, ICC Arbitrator, Accredited Mediator and a Civil Engineer. Edward gained his initial experience working for a civil and structural engineering consultancy and a major contractor. His extensive knowledge of both the design and construction processes is added to by his legal knowledge and wide experience in all methods of construction dispute resolution including mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation. Edward has become known as a leading expert on the legal obligations of procuring work, including the EU requirements.
