HF Northern Ireland And 1st Central Defeat One of Northern Ireland’s Largest Credit Hire Claims

HF Northern Ireland have worked with insurer 1st Central to successfully defended a credit hire claim valued at c. £130,000, achieving savings in excess of £165,000 including damages and costs.

Through HF’s intelligence-led approach and robust defence strategy, the claim was successfully defended in full, with proceedings subsequently discontinued. This outcome is another success in the ongoing issues insurers experience with credit hire claims and demonstrates the value of taking a proactive, strategic approach to credit hire litigation.
