After the announcement on 5 May 2026 of HF’s agreed acquisition of Hempsons, a prominent name in their primary sectors of health, social care and charity, the SRA have given their approval and the move completed on 30 June 2026.

The integration of specialisms, processes, teams and locations will see HF expanding into new sectors as well as growing existing areas of expertise.

Alongside a focus on people, with c. 250 employees joining the HF group of companies, both organisations are continuing their commitment to quality client service and are focused on the benefits Hempsons’ clients will see from HF’s scale and, in particular, their technology-enabled solutions and innovation.

The leadership teams are already working on significant opportunities for improvements and efficiencies in services and systems alongside planned growth and expansion.
