Andrew is based in Glasgow and has extensive experience in handling large loss casualty claims, with a particular specialism in occupational disease. He works with the legacy market, insurers, self-insured businesses, public bodies, brokers and adjusters.

He deals with all aspects of EL and PL claims and conducts litigation in the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court relating to fatal, personal injury, short tail and long tail disease and environmental claims and has experience of the Appeal Court in Scotland.

Andrew works across a wide variety of sectors including the rail, transportation, construction, energy, engineering and offshore industries.

He also shares his expertise at conferences, provides training on all aspects of Scottish claims and litigation to clients across industries and has a strong track record as a mentor.
