Prior to this Andy spent nearly 20 years in senior leadership finance roles at LV= in the General Insurance, Life and With Profit business areas as well as in the central group function. His experience covers all areas of the finance function. He has played a key role in acquisitions, disposals, integrations, delivering new product launches and system implementations. Andy also sits on the firm's Executive board.
