Chris has over 30 years’ experience of insurance litigation, product liability and regulatory work, acting on behalf of insurers, brokers and major corporate clients. He regularly receives instructions for complex cases which require advice and representation in both civil and regulatory jurisdictions.  When a fatality is involved, Chris attends inquests providing support and advice which also covers Regulation 28 reports. He also has significant experience of dealing with product liability cases, particularly involving white goods, and sports and leisure related matters. Chris works closely with clients, taking a practical and not simply transactional approach.  He advises on risk management and improving indemnity spend, including reviewing policies and procedures and training programmes to help educate people within those organisations.
