Partner and Counter Fraud Legal Operations Manager
Fiona is a Partner in our counter fraud department.
She is the counter fraud legal operations manager overseeing all operational functions supporting the department including MI and reporting requirements, client referrals and reviews, departmental performance management and recruitment. She also has responsibility for system improvements and creating operational efficiencies for the teams to enable the best possible client service.
Fiona also manages the enforcement team who deal with costs recovery on behalf of our insurer clients following the successful defence of claims.
She has featured on the BBC’s Claimed and Shamed programme detailing some of our successes on behalf of our clients.
