After joining Horwich Farrelly in 2007 as a paralegal, Miles completed his training contract and qualified into the Counter-Fraud department in March 2010. Within a few years, he was managing a number of teams who specialised in defending claims across both the motor and travel sectors and, in 2016, he was made Partner. Miles was appointed Head of Client Services & Markets in 2021 and, in addition to his key account responsibilities, Miles works with both our service area leads and our Client Account Managers to ensure that we always deliver the best possible service to our clients. Miles also sits on the firm's Executive board.
