Counter Fraud

Graeme joined HF's Counter Fraud department in 2014. He now manages a number of key client accounts and is responsible for ensuring the department maintains its levels of success, growth and excellent customer service. Graeme further manages a team of 25 lawyers specialising in complex, high value and fraudulent claims. Graeme is recognised as an industry expert in credit hire and credit hire fraud litigation. He has extensive experience in devising and implementing strategies designed to identify and challenge high priority credit hire organisations and recover costs from them and other third parties. Graeme also works closely with insurers and regularly provides specialist training, as well as developing pre and post-litigation working practices.
