James has an expertise in complicated claims valued up to £250,000, identifying deterioration cases, narrowing them down to their core risks and likely spend, with a view to achieving pragmatic, commercial outcomes for insurers.
He regularly provides advice at case clinics and holds training sessions on all aspects of complex injury work including fatal accident claims, and has recently conducted a Large Loss mock trial to develop insurer case handler’s knowledge.
