Kate is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution team, specialising in complex commercial and real estate litigation. She advises lenders, investors, financial institutions, corporates, shipping companies, loan servicers, IPs, LPA Receivers and major commercial and residential landlords on high-value and strategically significant disputes.
Kate has extensive experience handling complex commercial dispute resolution and recoveries litigation, both domestically and across multiple jurisdictions. Her specialist areas include insurance claims, financial services disputes, professional indemnity claims, complex international fraud, shipping and maritime arbitration, debt and asset recovery and enforcement. She regularly handles cases involving substantial financial exposure and reputational risk.
The majority of Kate’s work involves claims before the English High Court, where she has experience managing large-scale litigation. She also represents clients in arbitration, mediation, appeals, proceedings before the First-tier Property Tribunal and the BVI Commercial Court.
