Dispute Resolution

Harry is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution team.  He resolves disputes for a wide variety of clients including individuals, local businesses, SMEs and blue chip businesses across the UK in a range of industry sectors. Qualifying in 2012, Harry started his career as a commercial litigator at BT advising on high value telecoms, IT and media disputes, and protection of BT Sport’s media content. Working in-house gave him a commercial understanding and focus as well as an appreciation of the challenges faced by in-house lawyers that often instruct him. Harry has negotiated a vast amount of out-of-court settlements for clients (including via mediations) and has a wealth of experience in court / arbitration hearings and trials, and particularly specialises in:
