Kathryn is an Associate Partner in our counter-fraud department with over a decade of experience in tackling insurance fraud. She specialises in managing complex, high-profile and high-value credit hire and fraud cases, leading a dedicated team of experts.
As strategy lead on multiple cross-insurer fraud investigations, Kathryn works closely with insurers to develop and implement both pre-litigation and litigation strategies aimed at detecting, disrupting and preventing fraudulent activity. Her collaborative approach and strategic insight have made her a trusted adviser to clients facing sophisticated fraud threats.
Kathryn’s notable successes include her involvement in the landmark Court of Appeal case Tescher v Direct Accident Management Limited, which established key principles on non-party costs orders against credit hire organisations.
