Lauren specialises in commercial and professional disputes within our dispute resolution team.
She handles a broad range of complex commercial litigation with a focus on issues such as unfair prejudice petitions and directors’ duties claims, bringing professional negligence claims, contractual disputes including breach of indemnity/warranty claims and a variety of cases related to contentious insolvency.
Lauren’s experience includes mediation and other forms of dispute resolution, High Court litigation and taking matters through to the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. She regularly acts for private equity investors, lenders, insolvency practitioners, loan servicers, and other financial institutions and commercial entities. Her work often has a multi-jurisdictional element.
