Mark is a partner in our London Markets and Specialty team advising the insurance and reinsurance markets on dispute resolution, coverage, claims and regulatory investigations.

His primary focus is on property claims, aviation, space and marine claims. He is a leading practitioner in aviation insurance and product liability and is a director of the Aviation Insurance Association, leading its attorney division.

Mark advises extensively on reinsurance as well as complex risk and specialty issues and is the external legal adviser to the Reinsurance Wordings Experts’ Forum.

Mark is a regular contributor to ARIAS and a member of the Professional Liability Underwriters Society and has been recognised in the Chambers Guide as a leading insurance practitioner.
