Sandeep is a recognised leader in the industry on subrogation, with a focus on property, particularly acting for commercial property insurers to pursue subrogated recoveries on major loss claims. He acts for insurers on property damage claims including contamination, fire, flooding and subsidence.
With experience of working with some of the world’s largest insurers, brokers and FTSE-100/250 corporates, Sandeep works with clients to improve their strategies by reviewing systems and processes, advising on improvements and best practice implementation to deliver savings.
He also supports insurers with judicial review claims in the High Court and Court of Appeal, particularly relating to FOS decisions and subsidence claims.
