Seonaid is based in Scotland and is a Solicitor Advocate with extended rights of audience. She deals with a wide spectrum of liability claims including all levels and values of road traffic, public and employers’ liability, with particular experience of catastrophic injury and technical motor claims.

She has been instructed to provide advice and incident management in the aftermath of serious incidents including the resulting interaction with the Police and other regulatory authorities. That expertise extends to assisting with subsequent proceedings including regulatory proceedings, fatal accident Inquiries and any related civil claims.

Seonaid’s full spectrum of service provides clients with a consistency of approach across the entirety of an incident allowing early insights into resultant civil liabilities, therefore enabling informed decisions to be made at the earliest possible stage of a case.

She has also dealt with Judicial Reviews and commercial claims (including interdict and vessel arrestment proceedings) in the marine field.
