CIPD qualified, Oliver is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in large retail and professional services organisations.

Following a successful career in retail management, Oliver moved into learning and development in 2005 using his commercial understanding to develop people strategies in order to grow businesses organically and through acquisition. Since then he has worked in a number of law firms in senior leadership roles driving value and growth through their people.

At HF, Oliver is responsible for all aspects of our people experience focussing on making our business a great place to work, a place where they can thrive, progress and so enable them to deliver the best client experience possible. Oliver also sits on the firm's Executive board.
