Raouf joined HF in 2015 and was made Partner in 2019. Raouf has over 15 years’ experience of defending personal injury claims on behalf of insurers. He is experienced in all aspects of quantum, complex liability enquiries, indemnity issues and policy disputes arising from misrepresentation and ambiguous policy wording.

He is instructed in a variety of catastrophic claims including employers' liability, public and occupiers liability and works closely with a number of UK insurers advising on early stage investigations through to resolution.

Raouf is experienced in dealing with multi-million pound claims involving complex rehabilitation packages and can advise on complex settlements involving statutory funding and Periodical Payment Orders. Raouf regularly delivers training to insurers on a wide range of topics.
