Jennifer joined HF in 2023. She brings with her over 15 years’ experience with a particular focus on aviation work. Jennifer works with and advises major aviation insurers and their insureds and has vast experience of representing airports in the UK and Europe.

She provides a wide range of support to her clients and deals with EL/ PL claims, product liability, property damage, discrimination and contractual disputes. Jennifer’s particular specialism is in handling complex EL/PL multi track litigation in England and Wales. She also has vast experience dealing with issues such as jurisdiction disputes, Regulation (EC) No 1107/2006 and the Montreal Convention.

Jennifer is also an experienced Court advocate, regularly representing her clients in application hearings and Costs and Case Management Conferences.
