Sam manages an outsource team responsible for delivering a range of pre-litigation fraud strategies. She oversees fraud operations, working closely with clients to develop effective approaches that identify, investigate and mitigate fraudulent claims.
She has a clear focus on building strong client relationships and is committed to sharing knowledge across the industry. She has designed and delivered both internal and external training on a variety of topics.
