Claire specialises in catastrophic and large loss claims, initially working for Claimants before switching and has worked with insurers since 2009.

Her experience covers most areas of personal injury litigation with a bias towards motor claims and includes public and employers’ liability and policy coverage. She has acted as a Tier 1 lawyer for several large insurers as well as local authorities and corporate clients, dealing with high value claims which often encompass complex liability and indemnity issues.

Claire works closely with her clients to achieve the best possible outcome and adopts a firm, proactive and pragmatic approach with the emphasis on collaboration to avoid litigation and achieve early settlement when possible.
