With over two decades of experience in senior business development and bids roles, David brings a proven track record of driving profitable growth, strengthening client relationships, and leading high performing teams.

David has held senior positions within Global, UK and Ireland law firms and his experience includes contributing to the successful listing of a global legal services business on the London Stock Exchange and leading the integration of multiple acquired organisations and teams.

He leads HF's business development and growth functions with a focus on building a unified, client centred approach to growth, enhancing HF’s market position, and ensuring the continued delivery of outstanding value to clients.
