Nick specialises in property insurance recoveries and legal expenses insurance (LEI). He has extensive experience handling household and commercial property recovery claims, breach of contract disputes, construction and landlord & tenant issues.

LEI is a core focus for Nick. He manages key LEI accounts, ensuring compliance with service standards, deadlines, financial and management information requirements, and the smooth progression of cases from instruction to resolution.

He provides regular training and guidance on liability, causation and recovery strategy, with a particular focus on claims involving the Consumer Protection Act 1987, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Civil Liability (Contribution) Act 1978.

Nick’s caseload includes high value recoveries including fire, escape of water and vehicle impact claims. He is recognised for his pragmatic, commercially driven approach and commitment to efficient, outcome focused claims handling.
