Peter has extensive experience of a wide range of real estate transactions including all aspects of property finance, development acquisitions and disposals, commercial property investment and management, residential sales and acquisitions. His clients include developers, banks, investors, corporate clients and individuals.

He deals with development transactions including the purchase of sites, all aspects of funding including refinance and the ultimate sale of developed units.

Peter’s expertise includes the acquisition, sale and management of small and large retail properties including individual units, shopping centres, offices, public houses, petrol stations and light industrial units.

He has acted for both lender and borrower in high value secured lending transactions and advises lenders on property security issues. Residential experience includes lease extensions and management issues as well as freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.

In 2023, Peter was entered into The Legal 500 Hall of Fame.
