Patrick embodies HF’s commitment to recognising and rewarding talent, having progressed from trainee solicitor to partner in just over seven years. During his time at HF, Patrick has worked across a number of the firm’s legal departments, including leading the Motor and Casualty Volume team.

In June 2021, following the firm’s incorporation, Patrick was appointed Company Secretary. He became Head of Risk and Assurance in January 2023 and, as the firm has continued to grow, was appointed Chief Compliance Officer in May 2026. Patrick also sits on the firm’s Board.
