Patrick embodies HF’s commitment to recognising and rewarding talent, having risen from trainee solicitor to partner in a little over seven years. During his time at HF Patrick has worked in the Large Loss, Fraud, Costs and Motor departments, latterly as Head of Motor and Casualty Volume. In June 2021, following the firms incorporation, Patrick was appointed as Company Secretary and in January 2023 became the firm’s Head of Risk and Assurance. Patrick also sits on the firm's Executive board.
