A solicitor with over 20 years’ experience in the legal and insurance sectors, Richard brings his extensive experience to the strategic and operational areas across several specialisms.
He was a Partner at Parabis Law before heading up the in-house legal operations of large insurer RSA.
Within RSA, he subsequently held several senior leadership roles within various claims functions including motor, commercial and home. He held key responsibilities within successful transformational and strategic programmes including insourcing loss adjusting, implementation of a new claims platform, maximising operational efficiency and effectiveness, several TUPE transfers and consolidation of offices.
Richard is a frequent industry speaker and was Director of ELTO (Employers Liability Tracing Office) from 2018-2023.
