Toby is a solicitor with 16 years’ experience in insurance fraud and joins HF from Keoghs, where he was a Partner for the last 8 years, managing a number of client accounts and relationships as well as handling complex fraud files. His primary focus throughout his career has been on insurance fraud, advising on fraud risk and strategy, predominantly in motor but also including employers’ liability, first party and public liability fraud. At a strategic level, Toby has been involved in setting the fraud strategy for a number of insurers and fleets, as well as providing training and insight on topics such as reforms and fraudulent claims, recoveries, the litigation process, healthcare fraud and Tort of Deceit.
