Partner
Victoria is a senior partner in our Property Damage & Coverage Team. She deals with insurance coverage issues and complex first party property damage claims and handles third party claims involving property damage under public and product liability covers, including construction and property related professional liability risks.
She deals with commercial risks in the UK and internationally (US, Europe, Africa, South America) and has experience of most forms of dispute resolution.
During her career, Victoria has taken the lead on a number of high value and high-profile claims. Notably taking the lead in a cross-firm, multi-disciplinary team investigating and advising clients in the aftermath of the Grenfell Tower fire in June 2017 and the ongoing Public Inquiry.
Victoria’s expertise in her field is recognised by both clients and the wider legal community; she has been described in legal directories as a “really knowledgeable lawyer with sound judgment and a deep understanding of how insurers think”.
