Zoe qualified as a Solicitor in 2002, joined HF in 2015 and was promoted to Associate Partner in April 2019.

For the majority of her legal career she has worked in the large loss defendant personal injury sector, acting for a range of insurers. She prides herself on taking a commercial approach, looking for cost effective and early settlements on all cases.

Zoe often provides training to clients, most recently delivering interactive sessions on HFTV on how junior claims handlers can recognise a large loss claim early. She also enjoys attending clients’ offices to undertake file surgeries.
