Tony has over 18 years’ experience of conducting all aspects of serious injury litigation, predominantly motor but also public and employers’ liability claims. He specialises in the full spectrum of catastrophic injury litigation and is frequently instructed by insurers at an early stage in order to conduct liability investigations and provide strategic advice. Tony is typically involved in each discrete stage of the claim, including criminal proceedings and inquests as well as the substantive civil proceedings. Tony has developed a particular specialism in cases involving brain injury, amputation, spinal injuries, fatal accidents and the full gamut of chronic pain conditions. He also has a special interest in high value claims with an element of fraud/exaggeration.
