Our HSE & prosecutions team has a broad range of experience in defending a variety of civil and criminal claims in this area – providing a consistent and expedient approach between the two.

In the last 12 months we’ve handled over 100 prosecutions. Of those, 75% resulted in a formal summons being laid, and of those proceeding to trial we achieved a defence success rate of c. 90%.

Our experience and joined-up approach avoids duplication of effort and achieves significant costs savings, often in excess of 50%.
