Simon Curtis has been defending personal injury claims for more than 20 years and is recognised as a market-leading large loss defence lawyer. Currently, Simon handles a range of catastrophic injury claims valued in excess of £5 million and is experienced in dealing with complex issues relating to Periodical Payment Orders (PPOs). These include the case of Bennett v Stephens and Zenith Insurance Company (2012). Simon also undertakes defence work in respect of HSE prosecutions arising out of workplace accidents, and represents Horwich Farrelly on the Queen’s Bench Division of the Royal Courts of Justice.
