Georgina has been practising as a commercial dispute resolution lawyer for over 40 years. She has taken many cases to the Supreme Court, setting caselaw in insurance and professional negligence.
Georgina manages all forms of dispute resolution, spanning court, arbitration, mediated solutions and cross border litigation. She acts mainly for investors, banks, private equity funds, and corporates internationally and in the UK.
She has held roles on the TCC Users and TeCSA Committees, is a past Chair of the Law Society Litigation Committee and is currently on the committee of LSLA. She is a qualified mediator.
