James has over 25 years’ experience working with Lloyds syndicates, insurers and reinsurers. He is highly skilled in dealing with complex liability and significant quantum values in personal injury claims, as well as those involving fraud.
His cases include those involving fatalities, amputations and those with life changing consequences including spinal, brain and serious orthopaedic injuries. He has a particular interest in cases involving periodical payment orders and has worked with insurers and reinsurers to develop successful risk assessment models to proactively handle those claims.
