Responsible for PR and internal communications, Karen brings experience of over 20 years in the UK insurance industry (Churchill Insurance and LV=) and a global communications role with recruiter PageGroup Plc.

Karen joined HF in 2022 and is focused on highlighting HF’s award-winning achievements and reputation as a client focused law firm, as well as reinforcing HF as a great place to work – with a culture where internal development and promotion helps people achieve their potential in an environment where everyone feels that they are involved and that they belong.
