Shaun has over 25 years’ experience dealing with all aspects of employers’ liability, public liability and motor claims including industrial disease and complex high value claims on behalf of a variety of insurer and corporate clients.

He also deals with property-based matters (including fire and flood damage claims), contractual disputes and data breach claims, as well as working closely with one of his key clients to successfully repudiate high value cable strike claims.

Shaun is a determined and successful litigator with extensive knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules. He works collaboratively with his clients and colleagues to promote a proactive approach to pre and post litigated claims, achieving optimum results and working within a variety of service level agreements.

He monitors performance across the team to ensure compliance with deadlines, financial and management information, bordereau and reporting requirements and is a mental health first aider.
