Zoe is a Partner specialising in catastrophic and large loss claims, primarily related to road traffic accidents.
She has over 20 years' experience of dealing with high value claims involving complex issues of liability, quantum and indemnity. She is an expert in dealing with all injuries including complex orthopaedic and brain injuries.
Zoe adopts a collaborative approach with her insurer clients and has a reputation for providing proactive and pragmatic advice to achieve early settlements without litigation wherever possible, while taking a more robust stance in the right cases.
She is based in Southampton and let an internal project resulting in HF achieving accreditation as a Menopause Friendly employer.
