Paul joined HF as a partner at the beginning of 2021, bringing with him 24 years’ experience in defendant personal injury and insurance litigation. He is often instructed on a variety of complex and large loss cases. His areas of expertise include defending RTA, employer’s liability and public liability claims including disease claims involving exposure to asbestos, VWF/HAVS and deafness.
Paul is joint author of “Health and Safety at Work Essentials” published by Lawpack and has experience of handling health and safety executive prosecutions as well as highways claims.
