  • Implementation of a multi-site redundancy programme involving over 250 employees for a client in the aviation industry.
  • Successfully defending a six-figure employment claim for discrimination and breach of contract on behalf of a corporate client in the travel industry.
  • Robustly defending an employment tribunal claim submitted against a CIC, for disability discrimination and alleged whistleblowing resulting in withdrawal of the claim by the claimant following submission of the respondent’s defence.
